Mami feels happier than ever.

Another information input was given through this episode. Well the not so important help is that not all that witches can drop Grief Seeds. Those who do not are just familiar ones. They become real witch when they mature enough, with this, they still have to be caught.

The other input made by this episode was rather way too heavy and intense. Considering the dark setting of the fights and labyrinths, death is just nearby. This anime wasn't afraid to kill one of it's main characters and they just did. Sorry for spoiling it here but yes someone died - and it's Mami!

This surprise me though it's a nature of a clown to surprise people.

I had a feeling something not good is gonna happen.

Witch eats her.

So let's get to the input. Magical girls risks their lives LITERALLY. And their death is not a cutesy one. In Mami's case, it was brutally, though no blood stains, shown. It has obviously stunned Madoka and Sayaka and got really scared because of their ally's death. So who killed the witch now? It's Homura of course.

With this event, the tension rises. Questions arises such as:

• Will Sayaka and Madoka now wish to be a magical girl and wish to revive Mami?
• Will Homura come and threaten Madoka more?
• What'll happen to Mami? Seriously!
• Who's gonna be the ally now?

and more questions.. Still I find the labyrinth and it's animation weird. But I'll leave it behind now because the story builds up now. It excites me more to move to the next episode and get a depth explanation and thoughts on Mami's death. Will it be resolve? Let's see... As with the episode's title, hmm.. I see Mami felt very glad having Madoka at her side, an ally and a friend. But the issue was, was Madoka ready to be a magical girl from that time? And the conflict with Mami's emotions grew stronger when the witch comes closest to her. Was she not afraid.....? of death?

Hmmm...

And even more now I'm starting to like this anime because of the lines the characters have.
It's not much of a conversational anime but they're lines are striking.
